LAMU Meet Up in Luling, LA - The Alligator Festival

If it were possible to ride all of the rides at a fair at once, I guess this is what it would feel like:

The picture was taken at the Alligator Festival in Luling, LA while at the Lomographers of Acadiana Meet Up. It's been fun taking pictures with my little plastic cameras. I find that I look forward to each meet up more than the last. The plastic has grown on me!

My growing affection for the Akira

After closer review of my first rolls of 35mm film from the Akira 2000, I am drawn to the colors that this camera captures. The blues are, well, soooo blue! The lens is plastic so I have some distortion and imperfections, but the colors are absolutely beautiful.
